Hank Senseny  is a Senior at Lawrence North High School.  Hank was an Indy Ski School student for 5 years before becoming an instructor in 2023.  He is enrolled in Spanish Imersion and AP classes at LN.  He is also a varsity swimmer and has competed at Indiana State swim finals since his freshman year.

Derek started Indy Ski School back in 2003 when he moved to Geist Reservoir from LA.  He grew up waterskiing with his family on Lake Monroe and those memories stirred a passion to teach others the sport.  He is blessed to create the time each summer to run Indy Ski School.  When he is not skiing Derek works locally in the entertainment industry as a UNION rigger and electrician for IATSE 30.  He also travels to multiple cities every year to work on large live events such as The Super Bowl, The World Series, political debates, and the DNC.  He has been married to Pam Dechert since 2005.   Their son Brodin is a Sophomore at LNHS.  They have 2 dogs, Pixie and Wolfgang.

Brandon is a fantastic wakeboarder and instructor. He grew up on the lake and is now raising his son to be just like Dad!  He was married over the winter of 2023 to his wonderful wife Katie.
